Sales Development Role - Healthcare (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and cold outreach to build a pipeline of qualified leads across resellers, physiotherapy companies, and businesses targeting physical therapists.
- Identify decision-makers within target companies and engage them effectively to introduce solutions.
- Utilize sales scripts, value propositions, and strategic questions to understand customer needs and align them with offerings.
2. Event Registration & Promotion:
- Drive attendance and registration for webinars, online demos, and other
virtual/in-person events by reaching out to potential attendees.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to promote events, leveraging various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Track event registration metrics and report on attendance rates, follow-ups, and engagement post-event.
3. Pipeline & CRM reporting & Hygiene consistency:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activity, lead information, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead conversion metrics, optimizing outreach strategies based on performance.
- Provide regular updates to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and optimizing lead nurturing processes.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Share insights from outreach efforts to help refine target profiles, understand market needs, and identify emerging trends.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative ways to increase lead engagement and conversion.
5. Market Research & Targeting:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Continuously refine target lists and develop outreach strategies tailored to different segments (resellers, physiotherapy companies, and others targeting
physical therapists).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and/or sales development, preferably with a focus on the US market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, physical therapy, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to uncover customer needs, articulate SPRY's value proposition, and create meaningful engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated & Goal-oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach to identifying new leads.
