Sales Development Role - Healthcare (0-2 yrs)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office/5 Days)

- To fuel our growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on sales outreach, lead conversion, and follow-ups to drive business success.
What You'll Do:
- Engage Prospects - Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients to generate interest.
- Qualify Leads - Identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and assess fit for our solutions.
- Schedule Demos - Set up meetings for the sales team with high-potential leads.
- Follow-up Strategy - Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture leads.
- Track & Report - Keep records of calls, responses, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
What You Bring:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- A go-getter mindset - confident, persistent, and driven to meet targets.
- Excellent communication - strong spoken and written English.
- Resilience & adaptability - ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
