Sales Development Role - FinTech (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data provided by the marketing team to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organisations.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants on the platform, with a strong understanding of expected business.
- Accurately enter and manage data within the company's CRM, other sales management systems & google Sheets on a regular basis.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing more of their transaction processes.
- Continuously propose solutions that meet clients' objectives and enhance their experience with our services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in inside sales (calling), preferably within the fintech industry.
- At least 1 years of experience in sales for Banking
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways
