Sales Development Role - Export (3-6 yrs)
Objectives of this role :
1) Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
2) Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
3) Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
4) Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.
Responsibilities:
1) Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
2) Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
3) Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
4) Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
5) Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
6) Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Required skills and qualifications:
1) Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
2) Strong communication skills via phone and email
3) Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
4) Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred skills and qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
2) Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
3) Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
