Sales Development Role - Electronic Products (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
2. Conduct through research to understand customers' needs, pain points, and challenges, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
4. Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Successful Applicant :
1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or similar role.
2. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
4. Confidence in making cold calls and delivering compelling sales pitches.
5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
