SDR (Sales Development Rep.) - B2B SaaS - USA

We are looking for an energetic SDR to join our team and help us scale. As an SDR you will be creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. We are looking for a self-driven individual with an inquisitive mind, an excellent phone presence, and one who enjoys the challenges of outbound prospecting and also qualifying inbound prospects.
Responsibilities :
- Generating new opportunities using outbound tactics ( email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling ) in the assigned region/market.
- Rigorously prospecting and researching companies and building an effective sales pipeline.
- Qualifying and responding to leads in a timely and professional manner. Assessing prospect's pain points to determine the solution to address those needs.
- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
- Monitor competition, new products, and market conditions to further understand future customer needs.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to build and deliver results and achieve set targets.
- A dynamic 'hunter' personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is a must; working hand in hand with sales managers to target prospects.
- Arrange meetings with Account executives with qualified prospects.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 Years experience as an SDR in a SaaS Organization in domains related to email-marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from a reputed university.
- Excellent communication ( written, verbal), effective and engaging presentation skills.
- Proficiency in B2B prospecting in the US market. Comfortable working US shifts.
- Ability to Multitask, organize and prioritize work.
- A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets
- As this role is remote so we require you to have a remote setup.
