About the Job :
We are looking for Business development representatives with experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Enthusiastic and self-driven candidate comfortable with generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals (face to face/inside sales). With this job, you will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of ISB, IIMs, and NITs.
- Only candidate's with experience in Ed-tech sales would be considered.
- This is a perfect role for anyone planning to build a career in Sales OR If you are planning to do MBA 2 years down the line
Responsibilities :
1. Travelling (Post COVID): Interacting with students and visiting colleges across India.
2. Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company
3. Reaching out to prospects on the phone to discuss various products and services
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
6. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
7. Conducting networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
8. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
9. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
10. Open to learning Digital and negotiating best practises from industry veterans.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
2. At least 1 -2 years of relevant work experience
2. Strong negotiation skills
3. Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills
4. Should have strong regional language communication
5. Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
