About the Role :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be on the front lines of our sales process, driving the initial outreach and warming up leads for our closers. Your role is critical in building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and setting up meetings that convert into long-term partnerships.

What you will deliver :

- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, social media, and phone to generate leads.

- Qualify leads and determine their fit for our services in influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and other crypto marketing solutions.

- Schedule meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.

- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of warm leads.

- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and meetings booked.

Must Haves for the Role :

- Proven 2 years minimum experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the crypto or digital marketing industry.

- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

- Strong understanding of crypto marketing services, including influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and social media management.

- Strong understanding of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
