Sales Development Role - Consulting Firm (2-4 yrs)
Grow Your Staff is looking for a Sales Development Representative for an international consulting firm based out of London. This is a remote opportunity.
You will have excellent scope for progression with a market-leading enterprise and can expect management opportunities as well. You will be working from 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Monday-Friday).
Experience required: 2 - 4 years
CTC: INR 4 LPA - 9 LPA

- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with excellent communication skills to work with our team and help us reach our peak by working innovatively to research new clients and chalk out methods to work with them.
Responsibilities :
- Strategically identify opportunities in new areas and undertake research as to where we can uncover new streams of revenue
- Proactively target new organizations over the phone and via email with the view to securing new business meetings across the country, educating prospects on our offering
- Carve out a path into brand new sectors for the firm to work within
- Manage your own pipeline of business independently, whilst liaising with other members of the Business Development team in order to capitalize on as many avenues of potential business as possible
- Act as our brand ambassador when speaking to potential customers
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree preferably in Business/Economics
- Experienced in sales (either front end or full sales cycle)
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Ambitious and driven
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and quick at learning new processes and tools
- Excellent English to write up clear and engaging messages. Additional language is a plus
