Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Overview:
Throughout a specified area or territory, the Sales Development Representative is in charge of overseeing and growing the agency network. Driving agency hiring, onboarding, training, and agent performance management are all part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and hire possible insurance agents in the designated area.
- Arrange the documentation, induction, and initial training procedures for new agents.
- Regularly teach the agency staff on compliance, sales tactics, and insurance products.
- Increase the agency's sales success by using efficient tactics, tracking, and follow-up.
- Find unexplored markets for growth, new business prospects, and places for expansion.
Desired candidate profile:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
- Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
