Sales Development Role - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Determine which marketing campaign leads have the potential to become sales.
- Send prospective clients emails and make cold calls.
- Introduce our business to possible customers.
- Determine the needs of the customer and recommend suitable goods or services
- Tailor product offers to increase client satisfaction
- Develop enduring, trustworthy connections with your customers and proactively look for new business prospects.
- Schedule time for Account Executives to speak with (potential) clients in person or over the phone.
- Provide the business development manager with sales data on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Stay informed about new products, their costs, and the terms of payment.
