Sales Development Role - BFSI (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation activities using CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
