Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to expand our agency network and drive insurance sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve business targets.
Accountabilities-
- Identify and onboard new agents and advisors.
- Train and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities
Candidate Profile:-
- Age threshold:- 21 to 38 years
- Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required
- Practice:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
- CTC:- 3.25 LPA + Incentives
