Sales Development Role - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential leads, providing crucial support to our sales team in Cuttack.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify leads through various sources.
- Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and monitor outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, or social media.
- Arrange appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven and team-oriented.
Compensation :
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA
