Job Summary:

A seasoned Sales Development Representative will spearhead our enterprise sales strategy, leading a sophisticated team of Sales Development Representatives to target and acquire clients. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform complex sales landscapes into measurable growth opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement enterprise-level sales development strategies

- Manage a team of senior Sales Development Representatives targeting good clients.

- Create sophisticated lead qualification frameworks

- Design advanced sales enablement training programs

- Implement predictive analytics for lead scoring and prioritization

- Manage complex sales cycle processes and relationship-building initiatives

- Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Minimum Graduation is required

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing

- CTC: 3.3 LPA + Incentives
