Job Description :
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them through calls and emails, and ensuring they are ready for further sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting.
- Set appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with lead nurturing and qualification.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or insurance.
- Strong phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
