Sales Development Role - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Agency Channel drives growth by generating leads, managing relationships with insurance agents, and expanding our network.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new insurance agents and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive agency channel sales.
- Train and support agents on our life insurance products.
- Monitor sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and provide reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local.
