Sales Development Role - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team. Your focus will be on generating interest and identifying high-potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify incoming leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Maintain an updated lead database.
- Assist the sales team in developing new business.
Key Qualifications :
- 0-2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in sales activities.
- Age: 22-30 years.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 2.50 LPA to - 5.50 LPA
