Sales Development Role - B2B Vertical - SaaS (1-5 yrs)
The objective of this job is to prospect and generate leads in the assigned
industry verticals through outbound campaigns like cold calling, emails and social media.
NOTE: This is a work-from-home opportunity and there will be no night shifts.
The responsibilities are:
1) Gain a clear understanding of the product, ICP, value proposition, and product positioning.
2) Research, Identify, prospect, and qualify leads in assigned industry verticals.
3) Generate SQLs through outbound campaigns - cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn.
4) Consistently meet monthly targets for activities, demos, and SQLs.
5) Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the outbound playbook.
6) Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRM
7) Nurture leads through mailers and social media engagements.
The skills required are:
a) Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation in B2B SaaS.
b) Excellent verbal communication- English and Hindi. Excellent email and written communication.
c) Proven track record of prospecting via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
d) Consultative sales - understand and clearly articulate value proposition to potential customers.
e) Work with cross-functional teams to answer customer questions.
