Sales Development Role (2-4 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outbound lead generation, lead qualification and execution of the company's growth strategy. You will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting up appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.

- Qualify leads to determine their potential as prospective customers.

- Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about our products or services, understand their needs, and set up appointments for the sales team.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

- Collaborate with sales executives to develop effective sales strategies, including lead generation tactics, target market analysis, and competitive research.

- Continuously learn about our products or services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments set, and qualified opportunities.

- Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, such as call activity, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on the quality of leads generated.

- Participate in sales and product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in outbound sales, lead generation & appointment setting in a B2B environment .

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over email / phone.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools to manage leads and track progress.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.

- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing sales environment.
