Sales Development Role (2-15 yrs)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, build relationships, and set up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can quickly learn about our insurance products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage prospects, identify their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine strategies.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduation or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience in any related domain
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
