Sales Development Role (1-3 yrs)
Role Summary: The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the Account Executives. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and the initial stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Use CRM tools to research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine outbound messaging and lead generation tactics.
- Track and report on KPIs like number of leads generated, qualification rates, and follow-up success.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions with leads.
