- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

- Database Management: Maintain and update the company's lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all potential clients.

- Sales Tools & Software: Utilize modern sales tools, CRM systems, and software for efficient lead tracking, management, and analysis.

- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new lead-generation opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine targeting methods, and enhance lead generation campaigns.

- Feedback Mechanism: Continuously gather feedback to understand the success rate of generated leads, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Reports & Analytics: Regularly present insights and reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of sales strategies.

Experience & Competencies :

- Academic & Professional Background: Solid educational credentials coupled with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in lead generation roles.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead generation tools or software.

- Research Skills: Ability to carry out thorough market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential opportunities in line with company objectives.

- Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging professional networks to generate leads.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging messages that resonate with potential clients.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to gauge the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and pivot as required.
