Sales Development Representative - SaaS Firm (2-5 yrs)
Client we are hiring for :
- It is a SaaS platform that converges with technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics and Automation, to provide brands with a 360-degree Customer Experience Management Suite. Its powerful analytics algorithms have helped seasoned brands establish a strong foothold in the digital hemisphere and transformed their customer experience journeys.
Position Description :
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
What you can expect :
- Analyze and identify how company can eliminate our client's engagement and retention challenges
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research and social media to introduce company products and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects in the international and domestic market through calls and emails
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work with the Business Development Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals
- Work closely with Marketing team to drive inbound leads
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in lead generation and prospecting role. SAAS/B2B background gets an advantage
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Data Mining & Data analysis
- Effective communication skills both in oral and written
