Job Description :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ex-entrepreneur/ business person to oversee our global sales operations. As the early-stage founding member, you will be responsible for executing outbound sales/marketing initiatives to grow the business. Additionally, you will be working with the founding team to build global market.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Identify and target potential customers, primarily in the US/UK market, through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and founders of staffing agencies to understand their needs and present Intellohire's value proposition.
- Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth contract processing.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer escalations and issues, addressing concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ready to work in US Shift (8 pm - 5 am)
- Ready to relocate to Gurugram, since it's going to be 1day work from office per week. For the rest of the days, it will be work from home.
- Proven track record of success in a IT/Saas sales.
- Extensive experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and address customer pain points.
- Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
