We're seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us as a founding team member in Bangalore.

Role Overview :

As a Founding SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving both our inbound and outbound sales strategies. You'll collaborate closely with our Founders and Product/Tech teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping our product and vision based on your interactions with potential customers. Key Responsibilities :

- Pioneer Sales Initiatives : As a founding team member, lead the charge on our inbound and outbound sales efforts, setting the foundation for our growth strategy.

- Collaborate with Founders : Work hand-in-hand with Founders and the Product/Tech teams to align customer feedback with our product roadmap.

- Create Brand Awareness : Be the face of our brand, actively promoting our AI SaaS platform and driving new business opportunities for the Founders to close.

- Master Multi-Channel Outreach : Utilize your expertise in cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, gifting, and social selling to uncover and engage with potential clients.

- Lead Nurturing : Identify, nurture, and engage warm leads while continuously exploring new sales opportunities.

- Manage Inbound Requests : Seamlessly handle inbound demo requests, ensuring meetings are booked and prospects are excited to learn more.

- Qualify Prospects : Use your research skills to qualify potential leads, focusing on prospects who align well with our product offerings.

- Understand & Recommend : Dive deep into prospect needs and provide tailored solutions that perfectly match their requirements.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach.

- Creative Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.

- Tech Savvy : Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and intent data platforms.

- Growth-Oriented : A hunger for growth and a desire to build a career in sales or customer success within the AI space.
