Recruiterflow is a rapidly growing SaaS company that offers an ATS+CRM to recruiting and staffing businesses all over the world. We are a young company and have been in the market for a little less than 3 years.
What you should be good at?
- Prospecting and segmenting leads based on predefined parameters
- Quickly looking at data and figuring out what segment does a person belong to
- Getting a grasp of the market quickly
- Make cold calls
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- You need to be able to quickly grasp concepts and implement them
- Creative to propose ideas about a new way of engaging our prospects and increasing our demo rates
- The knack to engage a complete stranger into a conversation and turn that conversation about the product
- You are updated with what's going on in the world
- Technically proficient and you understand how people use CRM. Bonus points if you've used a CRM yourself.
What would your day look like?
- Prospect people based on the predefined filters and put them in the right buckets
- Respond to emails and take appropriate actions
- Make cold calls to a list of people
- Write personalized emails to select set of prospects and schedule emails
- Create reports about your activity every day
- Conduct qualification calls with prospects who are interested
What we expect you to achieve in 6 months
- You have developed a deep understanding of the product & our target customers.
- You are able to guide a customer, understand their problems and be consultative to schedule demos
- You are able to consistently hit high activity numbers in terms of prospecting, emails, calls and qualified demos
- You are able to build rapport and trust with a prospect effortlessly
- You have understood the cultural nuances of our target markets (UK & US) and can easily find your way in a conversation
- You have an innate ability to understand a prospect and write a cold email that engages them and gets a response
