Sales Development Representative - IT (2-6 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for Sales Development Representative.
Responsibilities :
- Contact leads via phone, emails and web chat.
- Qualify, nurture leads and walk leads through an "Assisted Buying" experience till closure.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns into sales opportunities.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer adoption/satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Collate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.
- Build reports to present to the manager.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience of 2 to 6 years as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of International sales experience is must
- Should be willing to work in US shift
- Excellent clarity in communication.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Highly energetic and self motivated individual with a drive to reach for the sky.
