Sales Development Representative - IT (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and research potential customers within target industries using various tools and platforms.
- Outbound Outreach : Execute outbound calls, emails, and social media messaging to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Qualification : Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
- Follow-up : Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and address any inquiries or objections.
- Market Feedback : Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer needs, and the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Reporting : Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and outreach activities.
Requirements :
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and social media platforms for outbound prospecting.
- Self-motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
