Sales Development Representative - IT (1-3 yrs)

The Sales Development Representative will work predominantly on targeting ISV companies in USA and Canada. From connecting with decision makers, discussing our product to arranging our demos and adding to the pipeline of the Account Executives, the SDR will be contributing in the entire lifecycle of the deal closure. Responsibilities:-

1. Meet and exceed quotas of calls, presentations and sales qualified leads as set by the Sales Manager / Head of Sales

2. Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-ups as required

3. Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships

4. Conduct web and phone-based demos to drive customer acquisition

5. Use Salesforce to maintain and report on regular activities with metrics

6. Fully-understand articulate and sell all our products & services

7. Participate in regular meetings to share progress, identify blockers and improve performance

Requirements:-

1. 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development preferably with a SaaS company selling to international markets

2. Need U.S salespeople who have experienced into IT sales

3. Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required

4. Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with prospect contacts at all levels of the organization (Developers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers)

5. Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections over the phone 5. Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment

6. Proven ability with list building and cold calling prospects

7. Comfortable with web-based demo software and tools

8. Strong writing, presentation and communication skills

9. Highly organized professional with a strong work ethic

10. Ability to work in an open office environment and to provide and receive feedback professionally

11. The desire for continuous learning, improvement and overall career growth

- This role is for the NA market and hence the work timings will be 6 PM through 2 AM
