Sales Development Representative
URGENTLY HIRING for the role of Sales Development Representative.
Location : India.
Mode : Work from Home- US Shift.
Qualification : Any Graduate.
Experience requirement : 1+ year in lead generation.
Role Objectives :
- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
Responsibilities :
- Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
- Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality sales qualified leads
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
- Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills :
- Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in SAAS sales is preferred)
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Individual role, Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives.
- Exceptional communication (Both oral and written), listening skills, a positive and energetic phone presence.
- The Candidate Should have SAAS based products, B2B, Enterprises sales experience along with excellent communication skills.
