Sales Development Representative (1-5 yrs)
The Role
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline, generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
- Represent Recur Club while engaging with new clients, educating, and optimizing for value and brand awareness
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Handle inbound requests generated via our sales & marketing engine
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
- Partner with other teams to provide market intelligence that enables better
- Decision-making in strategic areas like product development, product improvement, market strategies among other things

- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
- Showcase Ownership of the clientele / leads assigned
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge and passion for creating value to the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from marquee college
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing CRM
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
