Sales Development/Outbound Sales Role - IT (2-6 yrs)
What we are looking for
- You have done outbound lead generation in the US market for a minimum period of 2 years. Outbound calling is a must have.
- You are self-driven and like to experiment (with different outreach strategies). Please note, if we could ask you to wear a lab coat and come to work, we would do so.
- You are comfortable with targets and an aggressive salary split based on targets. We are planning a 50-50 split currently.
- While we do have an established process in place for outbound. We are looking for you to improve, reinvent or otherwise come up with your own process from scratch.
- You are comfortable coming up with your own outreach content from zero.
What you can expect
- A flat hierarchy where everyone is equal. It would be a challenge for you to figure out who the founder is when you interact with the team.
