Sales Development Officer - Education (1-4 yrs)
Job Title : Career Development Officer
Function : Sales and Business Development
Location : Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, Chembur), Bangalore (Koramangala)
Compensation : 4 - 6.5 LPA + Fixed Incentives
- Hiring for the role of CDE and CDO at one of the leading Edtech companies of India.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engagement : Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) daily through leads/database on LeadSquared CRM.
- Prospect Generation : Identify the upskilling needs of prospective students based on their areas of interest, generating a pool of prospects.
- Counselling : Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Target Achievement : Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements :
- Graduate with Sales Experience
- Fresher with Tech degreeb: Bsc IT, Btech, BE, BCA (No Civil Engineer)
- Minimum 6 months - 4 years of experience of selling tech courses
- Role is for Inside sales only (No field sales)
- Interview Type : Walk-in Interview
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)
