Sales Development Officer - Agri (3-7 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving defined area sales targets directly from farmers with the help of farmer meetings and extension program. Sales officer will onboard resellers and manage the coordination with the resellers to achieve the monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create farmer level relationships to sell Agri inputs and Agri services.
- Market BharatAgri app at prominent places i.e. Milk Dairy, Mandir, Markets.
- Conduct village level farmer morning n evening meetings as part of Agri extension services.
- Conduct product demos and field day meeting with farmers.
- Meet daily sales targets by direct interaction with farmers via group meetings.
- Build reseller network of agri-graduates / consultants / nurseries.
- Motivate and conduct reseller network meetings to drive area revenue.
- Coordinate with Agronomy team and reseller network for agronomy trainings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales and rural farmer meetings.
- Ex- MDO / Field Officer with Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of agri input products and the agriculture industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and achieve revenue goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
