Sales Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- Sales Development Manager promotes businesses, services, products, or brands. They develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
- Recruiting and training Sales Consultants, Sales Representatives, and other team members
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
