Job Summary :
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and fixing demos with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through targeted outreach efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct demos with potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Nurture leads and follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation activity and progress against goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and communicate these to the sales team as necessary.
Requirements :
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or recruitment industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Availability to travel as needed.
