Job Summary :


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of SDRs to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals. This role involves driving the strategy for generating qualified leads, developing the skills and capabilities of the SDR team, and collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.

Job Responsibilities :

- Outbound Strategy : Build Outbound Sales Development motions across the entire customer journey. Lead strategic planning for the SDR program including pipeline goals, hiring, specializing motions, campaign planning, rep enablement, and stakeholder operating cadence.

- Automation & Personalization : Implement advanced automation tools and personalized outreach techniques to enhance efficiency and engagement.

- Performance Management : Define clear performance metrics, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. Create a high-performance culture that drives SDRs and BDRs to advance into successful AEs.

- Team Leadership : Hire, coach, and develop SDRs in the team.

- Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of call quality and outreach effectiveness, conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions to improve team performance.

- Collaboration : Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Managers, Customer Success & Sales Enablement teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

- Analytical Rigor : Utilize data-driven insights to optimize team performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, to ensure team members meet calls quotas, maintain quality standards, and adhere to best practices.

- Product Orientation : Develop a deep understanding of products and solutions, ensuring the team can effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
