Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales team in generating qualified leads and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the SDR team to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies.

- Manage and report on pipeline development and forecasting.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Stream.
- 02 years of experience in Field sales Or Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales development, with leadership experience.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive performance through data and analytics.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
