Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- A sales officer is in charge of selling policies to potential customers. As the Sales Development Manager must both prospect for new customers and cultivate relationships with existing ones, the job typically requires a combination of sales and customer service skills.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily and monthly target sales imposed by the organisation.
- Comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements for each activity.
- Success of important business vectors.
- Boost agent output and retention.
- Plan and review actions and goals with the agent.
Candidate Basic Requirements :
- 2 years minimum in sales and marketing
- PG, MBA, or graduate degree is required.
- 3.45 LPA in pay
