Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- As an Insurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and ensure the growth of the insurance business.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance evaluations
- Establish sales targets and closely monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to drive business growth.
Required candidate :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Age : Minimum 23 Years - Max 40 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Staying in the same city for more than 4 years.
- Good stability.
- Attractive personality.
