Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- To ensure that you continue to meet sales goals and advance the agency's expansion, you will be held accountable for hiring, training, and developing a group of insurance representatives.
Responsibility :
- Employ agents to generate fresh leads.
- Visit clients frequently.
- Regularly evaluate team performance while keeping an eye on it.
- To promote business growth, hold regular client meetings and presentations.
- Picking out possibilities for sales among the leads produced by marketing initiatives.
- Make phone and email contact with prospective customers.

- Determine the client's requirements and offer the best products or services.
- Customize offerings of products to better satisfy customers.
- Create trusting, long-lasting relationships with your customers.
- Participate actively in field events, targeted marketing, and providing campaigns with the Digital and Events departments.

Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
