Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for leading the business and creating an opportunity for sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Development meetings and role play sessions with the team
- Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of sales development representatives
- Meets sales enablement objectives by forecasting sales development requirements
- Develop assessment strategies and measure effectiveness of training programs
- Planning, controlling, and directing activities of sales operations
- Setting and achieving sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets
- Identifying and pursues growth opportunities
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
