Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales. If you are a high-energy type of person, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sale driven environment, you might be the perfect candidate we are looking for!
Responsibilities :
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets as set by the Sales head.
- To recruit train & develop a team of insurance agent to create business opportunity
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
Required candidate :
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Must be local candidates
- Good Communication skill
