Sales Development Manager - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through the development and management of a network of insurance agents. This includes recruiting, training, and motivating agents to achieve their sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents to the company, ensuring they are trained on product offerings and sales techniques
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate agents to achieve their sales targets and improve their performance
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agent skills and knowledge
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to help them succeed in their roles
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting performance standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure their long-term engagement and loyalty to the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and development
Desired Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree,
- Two years of field sales experience
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Result orientation
- Knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication skills
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
