We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- In order to meet sales goals, oversee and lead a group of sales representatives.
- Create and put into action sales strategies to propel company expansion.
- Hire, develop, and coach members of the sales team.
- Examine sales information and patterns to maximize efficiency.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales and marketing experience
- Must be local
- Age limit 21 to 38
- Capacity to flourish in a competitive setting.
