Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managed the development, training, and recruitment of life insurance advisors with effectiveness.
- Had a major part in organizing, creating, and carrying out the advisors' promotional campaigns.
- Creating fresh business plans every year and every two weeks.
- Charged with keeping an eye on and hitting sales goals within the team within the
- Objectives for the branches.
- Providing frequent training on character development, advantages and features of products and obligations
Required Candidate profile :
- A candidate with a Field sales background is preferred.
- CTC : 2 to 4 LPA + All company benefits.
- Age Limit : 40 years
