Sales Development Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Role :
- You have to sit on a bank branch & you will attend some walk in customer.
- You need to pitch them regarding insurance sales. Leads will be Provided to you by the company.
- You need to do cold calling on the lead based data to generate sale out of that.
- You can also cross-sell other banking products like loans, CASA, Demat A/Cs etc., but life insurance will be your core product.
- You will be allocated some nearby bank branches so you will travel to them on a regular basis.
- You will get petrol allowance from the company. So, there will be CTC + incentives & allowances from the company.
