Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage Insurance Advisors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for growth.
- Track and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to the team.
- Monitor business performance and report to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years in sales or business development.
- Minimum graduate degree.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Age: 25 to 38 years.
Local candidates preferred.
Compensation:
