Sales Development Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- The key function of a sales development representative is to expand the base of consumers for a business The sales development representative will generate prospective clients, find new prospective customers, and pair each of these customers with the right vendor.
Responsibility :
- Encouraging teams.
- Train talented sales leaders to become candidates for higher levels of rising within the company.
- Encourage colleagues with inventive rewards.
- Supervise, utilize and further educate a group of expanding sales agents.
- Having conversations with key leaders.
- Create an engaging argument in collaboration with content, scheduled managers for marketing, and product marketing that converts focused into an ideal pipeline.
- Accurately plans for weekly, monthly, and quarterly success.
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Any Graduate
- Experience : 3 Years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- CTC : 3.25 LPA
- Location : Chennai
